Great news , I have been asked to be on Kris's design team, I have made samples for her in the past but now it is official. I just love her images and papers they are lush. Kris has new releases twice a month on the 8th and 22nd and her progressive challenge on the 1st and 15th.
(this is where I first met her, I was not used to getting something for nothing,
those that join in the challenge, first time you buy your image, then you will be sent a free image to play along in the next challenge)
So here is my card made with today new releases
"Birds in Spring", I have coloured mine to resemble Blue tits if you're in the uk or blue birds elsewhere, and my blossom is coloured to look like cherry blossom.
I also used papers from the Spring Bloom Pack.
I coloured my image with promarkers and dusted around with my brushes and distress ink. I cut the image out with my spellbinder die and mounted it onto the green paper and cut out a faux nestie.
I then mounted it onto the little blossom paper
which was mounted on stampin up card and finished off with some pretty in pink ribbon.
I think I may try the same image but colour them as Robins and winter roses.
Thanks for calling by.
