Put it in a Pocket, with Lady Anne's

Hi folks It's the first Monday of the month and that means a new challenge
 from
This month our theme is
Pocket cards
(and yes I got it right)
our sponsor is

So what did I do.
1.I coloured the Delicious Doodle image with pro-markers and mounted it up on purple card.
2. I have used a A5 card so to make the pocket you need a piece of double sided A5 paper , then fold the corners in to the centre making sure some of the paper is showing. (I did use the idea off a blog and hoped to link it but after spending 2 hours last night looking for the link I couldn't find)
3, I then mounted the folded pocket paper on one side of the card and added a doily on the opposite side . then mounted the topper over the joining.
4. I used an Inkylicious tag with added ribbon that I mounted on purple card, added the sentiment and butterflies cut using a Spellbinder die .
5. To finish off I made some roses using a die a bought from Little Claire's  years ago.

The First...

Yes its the first of March , and that means its my first card for the Design team at Lady Anne's Challenges,

I am proud to be designing using Nana Vickie's images. It is our 4th Challenge and take a look at the image I have used.
.My image coloured

Cosy Trike BOY digital stamp

So here is my finished card, I have used Nana Vickie's image and coloured it with Pro Markers. I then cut it out so the I could put a one layer decoupage  on the image. I used distress ink for the background.

I mounted the image on Stampin up card, the background card is 6 inch square, i then covered it with paper from my stash, I think its the English Stamp company paper but I have had it years. I then cut out the top layers of pennants from another sheet and applied them with 3d tape. To finish off  the card I used some of the ruffle ribbon in riding hood red which was in last years mini from Stampin up, to form the rosette.I printed the sentiment.
