the winner wil receive 3 images sets.
For my card I have used
Birthday Kitty
(I coloured it like my mums cat Bumper for a change)
I coloured the image with alcohol pens .
I used papers from the Birthday Bubbles Digi paper. I used die cuts for the sentiment and balloons which I covers in clear Wink of Stella.I finished off the card with adding glossy accents to the large balloon.
