Sending wishes.

Hi Folks we have a new challenge at

Wishing you a Happy New Year from team B.

The theme  for this challenge is Anything goes
Here is my card 

I coloured my image with alcohol pens then fussy cut the image out. I used paper from my stash and  cut out a white frame using a memory box die. To finish off I added sequins and a sentiment.
I think this card would be suitable for any Winter birthday.
