On the Go

Hi it's Sunday and my weekly
 visit to Imagine that
Today, for my inspiration
 I have used the 
This is a card I made for a colleague who left to start a new job. He is a Geography teacher and left the
 Isle of Man to teach in Liverpool.
I thought the image was perfect and he loved the card.
I decoupaged the Isle of Man map showing the highland
which he loved.

Moo, MOO,Boo!!!!!

Hi Folks it's a mid inspiration 
 from the Bee's at 
Our theme for this challenge is
Halloween
Check out the images
So what did I do
1. I coloured the image with Promarkers then fussy cut it out.
2. For the background I embossed the spiders web onto black card after going over the folder  with silver
pigment ink.
3. I then added silver thread from the centre of the web onto the back of the cow.
4. I mounted it up on  an assortment  of card and finished off with a computer generated sentiment.

Halloween or day of the dead

Hi folks, its a new challenge

Halloween or Day of the dead

The essential thing is you
must use a die cut.


For my card the main image is cut out using my Silhouette Cameo. I then cut out a black circle to make the image pop.

This was then mounted onto a orange card blank.
I then used my Provocraft die to cut out the other images,
using Stickles and Sakura pen to highlight them.

Home Tweet Home

 Hi Folks it Thursday and its my weekly visit
This week I will be using
Nests are Best
Here is my card

So what did I do
1. I used a 10 Cm square  piece of white card and stamped the tulip stamp then using the tulip stamp I stamped in red.
2 I coloured the leaves and grass with promarkers.
3. I stamped the tree branch in brown then coloured in promarkers.
4. For the sky and background  I used the sun and cloud masks then used my brushes and distress inks.
5. I used the sentiment form the Doodle Home  set  with I altered to tweet.
6. To finish the card off I mounted it on black & red card then on to a 5 x 5 inch card.

The leaves are falling

Hi Folks. its Wednesday and that means its a new challenge formCrafting With Dragonflies Challenge Blog
The theme is a card with Nature/ tree and leaves

So what did I do
1. I used the Spring Beauty image from Stamping Dragon and coloured it with Promarkers.
I then used my brushes and ink for the background
2. I then embossed brown card with a mask and then added gilding wax to accentuate the leaves and acorns.
3. To finish off the card I added an assortment of leaves

Sun Moon & Stars.


Hi It's Tuesday and that means a new


Our theme this challenge is 
Sun Moon & stars
we are sponsored once again by the wonderful

So what did I do.

1 I used craft Artist Professional to create my decoupaged image .
I then added the sentiment.
2.I used glossy accents to go over the moon and stars when dry i went round them with gold stickles.
3. I then mounted the image on blue card & mirri card all which can be bought from the scrapping centre.
4. to finish off the card I added an assortment of gem stars .

Plain Jane

Hi Folks there is a new freebie over at

Here is my card to give you inspiration using
Plain Jane
We were given the image and had to change her from a Plain Jane, which I hope I have managed.
1 Image coloured with promarkers then stickles added to her dress and headband.
2 I then cut a square tonic die in gold mirri card and a plain black square. 
3.I fussy cut the image and mounted her on black card.
I then mounted the image on 3d foam on to the gold background.
4. I punched out 5 black flowers and added gold gems. 
5. I used a Craftwork card sentiment to finish the card off.

So what did I do.

1. Image coloured with Promarkers and cut out leaving a border.
2 Tonic die used to cut out silver background with tag & black circle background.
3. Mounted on red basic grey paper which is mounted on silver mirri card.
4. Mounted on Black 7 x 7 card blank from Anna Marie
5. Card finished off with red ribbon , silver holly and Craftwork cards sentiment.

Save the Hooters

 Hi it's Sunday and my weekly
 visit to Imagine that
Today, for my inspiration
 I have used the free Give a hoot set and
 papers from the Fabulous Fall set.


 So what did I do.
1 I used the coloured image supplied in the set and printed it 3 times , so I could decoupage  the owl & scarf.
2. Then using paper from the Fabulous Fall set I cut out the top of the tree and mounted the owl image.
3. I used Save the Hooters sentiment from the kit
4. Then finished card off with added leaves.

1st Birthday at Eclectic Ellapu

Hi Folks it Eclectic Ellapu first birthday so all month the have been clues for the the biggest treasure hunt I have ever seen .

Our theme for this challenge
 is 1st Birthday

So here is my card
1. I used  Kanban stamps to stamp out my image and coloured them with promarkers.
I stamped the balloon twice so I could decoupage it/
2 I finished the background of using my brushes & inks.
3. The image was mounted on black card then on to a white DL card.
4 To finish the card off I added ribbon and a number 1 to the balloon.

Halloween at KittyBees





Hi Folks it's a new challenge 
 from the Bee's at 
Our theme for this challenge is

Halloween 
Check out the images
So what did I do.
1 I coloured the image with promarkers and then cut them out with punches.
2. Using the Tonic cracker die I cut out ,
4 cracker.
3. Used ribbon to tie the crackers up  after adding sweets
4. Finished off with the wonderful Kittybee Images and the trick or treat sentiment on to the box.

For my bauble I have used the wonderful






Here is my project.
So what did I do
1. I printed off 4 images and coloured them  with Promarkers in different colour tones and used my brushes and distress ink for the back ground.
2. I added  Sakura glitter pen to the white fur.
3.I cut out the bauble and then laminated each one.
4. I then folded down the middle and glued them together.
5.punched a hole in the top and added ribbon to hang the bauble

You are my Sunshine

Hi Folks it Thursday and its my weekly visit
This week I will be using

Here is my card
So what did I do.
1. I cut out a circle from paper and adhered it with removable tape and placed it in the middle of my card.(I kept the paper with the circle cut out, to use as a mask)
2. I then stamped alternate buntin in Daffodil delight and Tangerine tango ink.
3. I stamped the sentiment then used my brushes to add the yellow ink using my mask to protect the buntin.
4. I added glossy accents to the yellow buntin and orange Sakura glitter pen to the orange.
Very effective but just a different way with
your stamps.
