This is my Card for the 'Stars & Stripes' Penny Black Saturday Challenge and also thought I might enter it for the Dutch Dare Challenge 'A card for a Girl' Thanks Chris for letting me know about this challenge. I have used DCWV paper. The image is a lovely Penny Black stamp coloured with Promarkers and highlighted with Sakura pen. The ribbon and flowers are from my stash.
