A special flower

[*such as for a get well card, sympathy card or someone struggling through a hard time.]




Here is my card using

I have coloured the image with alcohol pens and cut it out with my Tonic dies,I then mounted it onto black die cut. I added my  sentiment and then I used a Crafters Companion embossing folder to emboss my card base.
I finished off with a co-ordinating ribbon.

Sea/beach challenge

Hi It's Tuesday and that means a new

I have used Mermaid with pearls in kemp 
which I have coloured with alcohol pens.
I then added the background with Distress inks and brushes.I cut the image  and assorted card out with tonic dies, I then mounted them onto a kraft card blank and added ribbon twisted to look like seaweed and dew drops for air bubbles and finished off with a Craftwork card sentiment.

Here is my card 
using Blossom

I have coloured the image with alcohol pens and cut it out with my Tonic dies. I then used Stampin Up ribbon to coordinate with my image.
Added my Two word sentiment and finished off with adding liquid pearls to my flowers.

For my card I have used  




I coloured my image with alcohol pens and finished the images off with my brushes and distress inks. I then added Wink of Stella pens to her wings and glossy accents to the dew drops . I cut the image out with my Tonic die mounting it onto a Craftwork Card embossed  and patterned card.  I finished off with  a double bow of Stampin Up ribbon.

To create the the card I used paper from the internet. I coloured my image with PromarkersI finished off the card with adding red and black card layers and finished off with a Craftwork cards sentiment and  Stampin up ribbon.

Lil boo

I have used Lil boo's oxox

         I coloured the image using Next generation        spectrum noirs.I cut the image out with an   ornate circle spellbinder die , then added distress ink with my brushes. i mounted it onto some pink gingham and finished the card off by adding ribbon and a bbutton and finished off with a congratulations die cut.

Winter Beauty

Hi folks I would love to share with you a  card I made with a stunning image from  Stamping Dragon Designs
I used the
Winter beauty
Winter Beauty
I do love theses images
So what did I do


1. I coloured the image with Promarkers, colouring a second with the Christmas roses & ivy which I decoupaged on to the image
2. I cut the image out using a Spellbinder die and then layered it on the matching plain rectangle.
3. I then embossed the green card with a holly leaf embossing folder from Crafters Companion.
4 It is all mounted up on onto traditional coloured paper on a 7 x7 card blank.
5. I finished the card off by adding a red ribbon and a metal holly leaf.

Make a Box and cards


Hi Folks. its Wednesday and that means its a new challenge formCrafting With Dragonflies Challenge Blog

I have used 
Flowers in My Garden digi image 
from A day for daisies.


So what did I do.
I coloured the image  5 times with promarkers and mounted 4 up onto some 4 x 4 card blanks. I then made the card box helped with 
I did find that I had to tweak the measurements slightly.
I mounted the image on pink card and mounted onto the box. Then finished off with the same colour ribbon.

Labor day

Hi folks, today is my first DT card for the
(I really wanted to join the team as I need to get more use out of my dies and cutting machine)
Our theme is
Labor day  
celebrate a pregnancy
or a new baby.
The essential thing is you
 must use a die cut
Our sponsor is
Too Cute by Jessica
 Here is my card.
So what did I do.
1. I used my sizzix Baby booties & Pacifiers die to cut out a pink die cut and a gingham die cut and a extra yellow dummy part of the pacifier.
2.I then made the booties up and added lace around the top and ribbon bows.
3. I did the same with the pacifier
4. For the background I embossed a white piece of card with a baby embossing folder and then dusted it with
pink ink.
5. Pink card , gingham layer and white embossed layer mounted onto a 7 x 7 card blank.
6. Embellishments added with 3 d foam

1. Image coloured with pro-markers, 
I also coloured extra butterflies which were decoupaged onto topper.

Autumn Glow

Hi it's Thursday and that means a new challenge from
Sarah Hurley Challenge Blog
Septembers challenge was chosen by Jess and
 the theme is
 Autumn Glow
I have used the leaves from both these sets to create my card


Here is my card

So what did I do
1.For the back ground paper I stamped an assortment of leaves randomly over the paper in distress ink, then coloured them with distress pens .
2. For the flower I stamped  the large leaves in a circle , coloured with water pen and ink then cut them out.
3. I did the same again for the little leaf then stamped again with the word overlay leaf stamp on alternate petals, then cut it out.
4. The  green leaves were stamped individually coloured and cut out.
5. The flower was then mounted on 3d foam and finished off with a button and ribbon.
6. To finish  the card off the sentiment is from the
