For my card I have used watercolour pencils which I have blended with my Wink of Stella clear brush pen. I used paper from my stash and finished the card off with a sentiment from Clearly Besotted

Here is my card 
Using
 couple on scooter

I coloured my image with alcohol pens then added Wink of Stella to the wedding dress . I cut the image out using a Blueprint die and finished off with my distress ink and brushes. I mounted the image onto embossed card and used paper from my stash. To finish off i added the just married sentiment from Stampin Up , silver washi tape and gems.

here is my card

Hopefully by now you will have realised i love ginger cats and do my best to bring images to life like my big Ginger tom Monty. I have coloured the image with alcohol pens and Inktense and added Wink of Stella and glossy accents on the hearts. i embossed some melon mambo card for the background and used my Blueprint dies to cut the image and the heart. I finished off with Clearly besotted sentiment.

Time to kick off another year!!!

Happy New Year to everyone

Hi Folks we have a new progressive challenge over at
Imagine that
Kris will be include an image in the post that those of you who didn't join in last month will be able to use and play along with the challenge.
This is all because of the EU Vat change.

I have used my image from the Football Humphrey kit.

For my challenge card I have used  alcohol pens to colour the image, I coloured him in my husbands team colours if he ever had a racing team LOL. I cut fussy cut the image out and mounted it on football paper and green card, I then cut out an orange banner and stamped 2015 on. I used the sentiment from the kit and triple embossed it. I think it makes a great new year card

I have used the sponsors image, and coloured it with Graphit pens. I then mounted the image on red and black card. I then mounted it on the card blank to finish off I added black gems.

Pick of the week at Dragons Den

Hi Folks it's Tania here with my pick of the week over at Dragons Den.

Where do the weeks keep going
We are nearly through the first month of the year

The image that I have used has come from the fabulous Stamping Dragon Designs Shop .

There are some wonderful images that you can purchase and once you buy one you will be hooked.

For my image today  I have chosen butterfly sticker

Such a stunning set of images I decided to use  the butterfly with the pink flowers.

 I printed the image 4 times. The first image I cut out using a spellbinder die but to ensure I didn't spoil the image I cut around the pieces of the image that could be spoilt.
I then fussy cut the rest of the images and decoupaged them up.

To finish the card  I mounted it onto pink card which I had embossed with a butterfly embossing folder and added lace and pearls.

At the moment I have not added a sentiment, but this card could be used for a bithrday or a thank you card.

Imagine that

 CHALLENGE IMAGE:  In Oregon in January,  there is usually  lots of snow and cold temps. so this month's image is "Jenn & Friends." What's better than a cup of hot cocoa and some cute fury friends to warm you right up?! *Ü*

I have coloured the image with Graphit pens and cut the image out and mounted it on pink card.

I then mounted it onto paper from my stash paper, then added mini button to the flowers.

I then added Craftwork card sentiment coloured to resemble a sun.

To finish off I added a mini bow and button.

Here is my card

So what did I do 

I embossed the black card blank with a star embossing folder then dusted over them with gold gilding wax. I used Diesire dies to cut out the happy and 2014 and then clear embossed the elements card with WOW embossing powder. The bottle and glasses are cut from a Sizzix die. All are mounted on the card with 3d foam.

Here is my card

For my card I have used the stamp and Die set from Tim Holtz, Holiday Joy. The main images I stamped onto cream card and cut out with the dies. To create the background scene I have used papers from First Edition and white paper to create the snow which i have added promarker and sakura pen to. I added extra snowflakes to the background and embossed with clear powder. To finish off I added a co-ordinating ribbon.

Here is my card.

I embossed the background of the card blank to look like the lattice work on the die cut.

The lattice work and label are cut using my silhouette, then mounted on the card blank. To finish the card off I punched out the flowers and added a bow and the peel off mini sentiment and brads.

The most wonderful time of the year.

 
Hi folks its Thursday and that means my weekly visit to

Sarah Hurley's

this week I am using  

Fireplace Kisses and Christmas tag

 To create the card I stamped the image 4 times (2 full images and 2 part)

I coloured the  edge of the main image and the back of the fireplace, on the second image I coloured the full image and removed the back of the fireplace. I cut and coloured the mantle and socks and on the last image I just coloured the stocking all with promarkers. I then decoupaged the image up using 3d foam. I used Christmas Nordic paper that looked like wall paper mounted on black card to be the first layer. Then I mounted the fireplace topper. The sentiment was stamped onto silver mirri then embossed with black embossing powder. I mounted the silver mirri onto a punched element to resemble a mirror drawing on threads and  added a brad. I then used the tiny holly leaf from the Holly Jolly set coloured and mounted them up as corner elements and on the mirror. To finish off the card I added a Christmas tree charm coloured with promarkers.
