Easel card with Lady Anne

Happy Bank Holiday

It's the first Monday of the month and that means its the 2nd challenge from Lady Anne's

and this month's challenge is an

Easel cards.

I have used Digi Darla's Butterfly Wonder

{Did I tell you I like butterflies ;)!!!!!!!}

I have coloured this wonderful little image with my promarkers and finished off using my ink dusters and distress inks. I have used Spellbinders and made a faux nestie to outline the image. I have used Stampin Up rose red card and made roses using a circle punch. The patterned paper I think was from Crafters Companion. I have used butterflies punched out using the stampin up punch and double mounted as the stopper for the easel card.

Lilac & Lace

Hi folks it Sunday and that means a new challenge from Gingerloft.

Todays Challenge is Lilac and Lace.

This is my card using the Floral Fairy with stars

which I have coloured using promarkers, I used my ink dusters and distress ink to colour the back of the image.

Then cut the image out with a spellbinder. The background was made using a lace stamp. I then added a piece of stampin up card covered with white lace, (this covers my joint in stamping).

The image is mounted on 3d foam and to finish off the card I made some roses using a scallop circle punch cut from the background stamped paper stamped back and front and added leaves and swirls.
