Fairy Fae with Ribbon

Well I am PROUD to say I have been chosen to design for

I consider myself  very lucky to join such a talented bunch of ladies. So here is my first card.

I have used  the Fairy Fae digi image from Delicious Doodles.Which I have coloured using Pro-markers and then added Sakura glitter pen to make her wings come alive.

I then mounted the image on co-ordinating card and framed the image with  Baja Breeze ruffle ribbon. this was mounted on to a piece of first edition card.I then added Baja Breeze seam binding ribbon down the side with a double bow. To tie the card together I used another of the Fairy Fae images and just used the butterflies. Which I coloured the same as the main image.and added them over the main card .The complete card is on a 8 inch square Hunkydory card blank.
Don't for get to join our new Ribbon Challenge at

 and this months sponsor is

A gift for you

Just a little something for today, I have decided to Create a tag and use the image provided by Just some Lines.A wonderful pile of presents which would look great on a card or tag. I took a normal kraft parcel tag and coloured the digi image with Promarkers , then cut the image out and stuck it in the corner. I then took Salty ocean distress ink and coloured around the side. then using small stamps I stamped all the way round. to finish off I added a balloon button(less Shank)
I have quite a few birthdays coming up in March so it will be very useful.

Sister Act Card Challenge DT Call

Sister Act have asked for us to pick our 3 favourite cards (this wasn't easy because you don't get to see them if I don't like them), I have picked the following three each is very different . The first is made
with the movie set from Visible Image. I like it because its what I saw in the stamps. You dont ever have to do  what people expect .
The second card is clean and simple, and you have to know  when  to keep your cards that way.
The third card is me finding Digi Images, I love this image and card so much, it just makes me smile.
Each card  I make is a piece of me , and I wont settle until its just right .I also love ribbon with a passion.
I enjoy stamping and have many, many. stamps I like that you can take a plain piece of paper and make it into something stunning . But digi images are so cool, I  like that I can own so many more  and my husband hasn't a clue :) :) :), alcohol inks just bring the images to life. I hope you like my card selection but its worth having a look through my blog and you might pick different to me. Do tune in on regular occasions, I have many cards due to be blogged.
Dont forget if you would like to have a try to join a design team Sister Act Card Challenge are looking out for members of their weekly blog.
Thanks for tuning in Hugs Txx
Our Logoa

The First...

Yes its the first of March , and that means its my first card for the Design team at Lady Anne's Challenges,

I am proud to be designing using Nana Vickie's images. It is our 4th Challenge and take a look at the image I have used.
.My image coloured

Cosy Trike BOY digital stamp

So here is my finished card, I have used Nana Vickie's image and coloured it with Pro Markers. I then cut it out so the I could put a one layer decoupage  on the image. I used distress ink for the background.

I mounted the image on Stampin up card, the background card is 6 inch square, i then covered it with paper from my stash, I think its the English Stamp company paper but I have had it years. I then cut out the top layers of pennants from another sheet and applied them with 3d tape. To finish off  the card I used some of the ruffle ribbon in riding hood red which was in last years mini from Stampin up, to form the rosette.I printed the sentiment.
Thanks for calling by, please let me know you have visited and don't forget to join us at

Mother's Day Wishes

Doesn't time fly !!! its got to that time again. its the second challenge from Sincerely Yours Creation.

This time it is Mother's Day our sponsors for the month are Dilly Beans  who do great digi images and
Visible Image who make stunning clear stamps .

I decided to use Visible image stamps for my Mother's Day Card , I used their large Winter tree, which I embossed with WOW silver embossing powder on to a large ornate circle by Spellbinders cut from Midnite Muse blue Stampin Up Card. I then punched out tiny flowers from Daffodil delight  yellow card and put a gem in each flower. I finished the tree off with a daffodil yellow bow, it was mounted on 3d foam. To make the backing paper I used the tree branches to stamp in both the yellow and blue ink and added a piece of the yellow ribbon and blue gems at the corners. The paper was then mounted on the  yellow card and finally mounted on a 8x8 square card.
The sentiment is from the More than words set 15 Mothers day stamp from Visible image. This was stamped in Midnight Muse on white card ,then mounted on blue and  then yellow card and mounted on 3d foam.
I am going to use the card for my Mum's mothers day card, I also did a similar card in blue and pink for my darling husbands mum.
Thanks for stopping by, hope you like my card please let me know hugs Tania xx

Lady Bird...

Hi folks here is my blog post for today,I have been busy preparing a few design team cards this week , the first will go live tomorrow. But I just wanted to share Eleanor painting ladybugs, I so love these images. i have kept the card quite plain after the original image and mounted it up on black and red. What a colour combo, I used to wear nothing but :). But now I am happy with my life I will now wear other colours.

I have coloured the digi image using Pro Markers, I then used distress inks for the sky background  and sun and then used Stampin Up card for the card and ribbon. The little ladybird embelishments were a free gift in a card mag  last month.

A touch grey (and yellow)

Hi folks this is my card for tonight ,I have used the free digi image from Lacy Sunshine Challenge
she is beautiful and I love her ducks.
I decided to go for the spectrum of ice grey Pro marker pens with a touch of yellow as my combo on this card. may sound strange but I love the combo.
I then framed her with a spellbinder die frame in yellow and mounted it onto a grey background embossed with a spellbinder splendid embossability folder the one with the daisy flowers..
Secondly I added a yellow ribbon at the bottom of the grey card , three lemon roses, (I removed the green leaves and mounted it on to grey flower) .
The card was finished off with a sentiment from Craftworks card.

Imagine That...Flowers for you

Hi , I manage to stumble across a web site that links all the free digi images around called Free Digital Stamps and in doing so came across this beautiful bouquet of flowers, and then found that they have their first challenge, If you use their image you will automatically get their second  digi image so everyone is a winner. Imagine That.!!!
I printed the image off twice and coloured one layer, then decided what you would find on the bottom layer example leaves and box and the back daises and cut them out so it is a two layer decoupage. I coloured them with ProMarkers and spectrum noirs. I cut the bottom layer out with one of my new spellbinder dies, then mounted the second layer with silicon glue. The topper was added to the Hunkydory card blank using 3d foam, the backing card  was inked with Salty Ocean distress ink. The card was finished off with gold gems. Thanks for calling by, let me know you have visited thanks Txx

Music to my ears

Hi folks , here is my Less is More card, to wish a friend a happy birthday. It is a one layer card and the image is stamped direct on to the card. HAPPY NEW YEAR

Hope you all had a great New year and any resolutions you have made are easy to keep, will make a positive difference to your life and are not a chore.
This is my first card, for 2013. A little time to reflect, hence the sentiment.

Find the stamps I have used  here I also used the  Edgar stamp, who is very steampunk and works great with the time after tie stamp set. I coloured Edgar with my promarker Alcohol inks, cut him out of my card and applied him to the background paper. The edges of the card are inked with distressing ink to create an aged look.
